Physik-Leistungskurse die Johannes Gutenberg-Universit\u00e4t Mainz. Nach der Ankunft erkundeten wir zun\u00e4chst den Campus und bekamen einen ersten Eindruck vom studentischen Leben und den naturwissenschaftlichen Fachbereichen.<\/p>\n<p>Der H\u00f6hepunkt des Tages war die Besichtigung des Teilchenbeschleunigers MAMI. In einem anschaulichen Vortrag erhielten wir eine Einf\u00fchrung in die Grundlagen der Teilchenphysik und erfuhren, wie der Beschleuniger zur Erforschung subatomarer Teilchen genutzt wird.
