Die beeindruckende Anlage bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Leben der Soldaten damals unter der Erde, nachzuvollziehen. Diese konnten drei Monate abgeschnitten von der Au\u00dfenwelt \u00fcberleben, da nicht nur gen\u00fcgend Vorr\u00e4te und Wasser vorhanden waren, sondern auch die Kaserne, das Elektrizit\u00e4tswerk, die K\u00fcchen, das Krankenzimmer, die Sanit\u00e4rbereiche, der Gefechtsstand sowie mehrere Schie\u00dfbuden. Bevor die Sch\u00fclerinnen in die unterirdische F\u00fchrung eintauchen konnten, erfuhren sie mithilfe eines kurzen Films auf riesigen Leinw\u00e4nden den Ursprung der Maginot-Linie. Die sehr kompetente F\u00fchrerin berichtete nicht nur geschichtliche Fakten, die unter anderem Aufschluss \u00fcber die hohen Kosten des Baus und den letztlichen Geldmangel gaben, sondern auch Anekdoten, da sie selbst noch \u00dcberlebende, die in der Anlage lebten, kannte. Dadurch wurde die F\u00fchrung lebendig und f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fclerinnen noch interessanter. Unterst\u00fctzt wurde dieser Aspekt auch durch das Anschalten einzelner Maschinen, um die damals herrschende Lautst\u00e4rke ansatzweise nachempfinden zu k\u00f6nnen. Zudem konnten die Sch\u00fclerinnen auf einer kleinen Wanderung die Kasematten samt Artilleriegesch\u00fctze begutachten.<\/p>\n<p>Die M\u00e4dchen waren imponiert von der riesigen Bauanlage, obwohl nur ein Drittel des gesamten Simserhofes besucht werden kann. Die Anlage gleicht einem kleinen Dorf unter der Erde und war f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fclerinnen eine neue und beeindruckende Erfahrung, vor allem weil dieser geschichtstr\u00e4chtige Ort so nah an ihrem eigenen Zuhause ist.<\/p>\n<p><em>F.
